Inside two business days, every time. If we are travelling or in a workshop you will see an auto-reply telling you exactly when to expect a reply — never radio silence.
Do you take retainer clients?

Yes — a maximum of two at a time, three-month minimum. We close the book when we are at capacity rather than stretch the team. If we are full when you reach out we will say so and tell you when the next slot opens.
What if I'm not sure what I need?

Send a few lines about what you are working on. The first call exists to work that out. About a third of conversations end with us recommending something other than an audit — sometimes a different consultancy, sometimes nothing at all.
Do you sign NDAs?

Standard mutual NDAs, signed before the first working call if you want one. Happy to use yours or ours.
